At Digital Capabilities Solutions, we believe that your inbox is your private sanctuary. MailPurge was built from the ground up to respect your privacy and data security.

1. Local Execution (No Servers)

MailPurge operates 100% locally within your web browser. We do not use intermediary servers to process, read, scan, or delete your emails. All operations (scanning, filtering, and deleting) are performed natively within your active Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo tab.

2. No Data Collection or Storage

We do not collect, store, or transmit the contents of your emails, contact lists, metadata, or search queries. Your data remains strictly on your device and the respective email provider's servers.

3. Global Impact Tracker

MailPurge includes an anonymous "Global Impact" tracker that counts the total megabytes of storage saved by all users globally. This tracker only receives aggregate numerical values (e.g., "50 MB deleted") and contains absolutely no personal identifiers, email addresses, or usage metadata.

4. Third-Party Payments (ExtPay)

We use ExtensionPay (ExtPay) to handle subscription validation. ExtPay manages your payment securely. We do not store or process your credit card information or billing details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MailPurge browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Core Functionality and Assumption of Risk

MailPurge is designed to bulk-delete and organize emails automatically to save you time. While we provide "Safe Purge" modes and strict filters to prevent accidental deletion, you acknowledge that bulk deletion carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for reviewing the filters and ensuring that important emails are not accidentally purged.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Capabilities Solutions and its developers shall not be held liable for any accidental loss of data, loss of important emails, missed communications, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the MailPurge extension.

4. Subscription and Payments

MailPurge offers a Free Tier and Premium "Pro" tiers (Yearly and Lifetime). Payments are processed securely via ExtPay. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided the software has not been extensively utilized to purge an entire inbox.

5. Abuse and Fair Use

The "Unlimited" nature of MailPurge Pro applies to personal use for your own inboxes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the extension for malicious purposes, spam generation, or automated attacks on email providers.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via extension updates or our website.
